2019 Call for Applications: CHIPS Fellowship (Masters in Health Policy Research with a Concentration in Quality & Safety)

The Center for Healthcare Improvement and Patient Safety (CHIPS) and the Master of Science in Health Policy Research at the University of Pennsylvania invite applications to the CHIPS Fellowship. This two-year fellowship combines health services research and policy training with formal and experiential training in quality improvement and patient safety methods. The fellowship will specifically prepare graduates for careers in health services research and health policy related to healthcare improvement in academic, government, and community settings and for leadership positions in healthcare quality and safety operations.

 

An integral part of the CHIPS fellowship is rigorous training in health policy and health services researchCore areas of research training include research methods, statistical analysis, health economics, and health policy.
