With emphasis on leadership, negotiation, proactive career planning, and personnel, team, and project management, and a flexible curriculum for busy clinicians, goals include:

• Providing junior faculty participants with the core competencies of successful academicians 
• Building skills for scholarship and reputation development 
• Supporting the creation of strategic career plans laid on foundations of team building and program development 
• Fostering mentoring and sponsorship relationships 
• Orienting participants in attitudinal domains toward resilience and self-care within the context of advanced approaches to time-management
