The Perelman School of Medicine leadership is thrilled to offer a 4-semester career-development certificate program designed to provide newer faculty with the tools, strategies, and skills to maximize their success. Participants are assigned into longitudinal cohorts organized to increase networking and collaboration in skill development, community, and peer mentoring. Methods include a mix of interactive lectures, panel discussions, large- and small-group work, self-reflection, and individual projects.
