Action required: Self-Select Workday Learner Groups to Comply with Training Requirements

You may soon receive communications from Workday asking you to self-select the Learner Groups that apply to any position you have in the University.

This new protocol replaces Penn Profiler with a more streamlined process. Reviewing categories in Animal Care and Use, Environmental Health and Radiation Safety, Finance, Human Subjects Research, and Research Administration takes only a few minutes. After selecting your learner groups, an overnight process will check training requirements against your individual learning history and only automatically assign the training for which you are not current.

 

September's Almanac announced more information about why this process is necessary. The Workday notifications will provide step-by-step instructions.
