Dr. Gottlieb is a professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a member of the National Academy of Medicine. He is currently an executive partner at Flare Capital Partners, a Boston venture firm investing in early-stage health related technology companies; a Senior Advisor at the Albright Stonebridge Group; and serves on the boards of health tech firms OM1, Kyruus, and CohereHealth, and hospital services company Agiliti. Dr. Gottlieb was formerly CEO of Partners in Health, a global NGO providing a preferential option for the poor in health care in severely resource constrained settings, and Partners HealthCare (now MassGeneral Brigham), the parent of the Brigham and Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospitals.
