Call For Participation: Academic Foundations Certificate Program

We are thrilled to announce a call for participation for Academic Foundations, a two-year certificate program with emphasis on leadership; personnel, team, and project management; negotiation; and proactive career planning. The curriculum and content delivery format have been designed specifically for our busy PSOM faculty on the CE track in years 2 through ~5.

Academic Foundations is designed to

• Provide junior faculty participants with the core competencies of successful academicians 
• Support the creation of strategic career plans laid on foundations of team building, and program development
• Foster mentoring and sponsorship relationships 
• Orient participants in attitudinal domains toward resilience and self-care within the context of advanced approaches to time-management
