Penn Health-Tech is Penn's center for health, devices and technology. We accelerate med tech innovation at Penn and offer services to develop new medical devices and health-tech solutions. The Penn Health-Tech Meet-UPs offer a fantastic opportunity for a clinician to partner with a cross-disciplinary group to solve an unmet medical need.

At Penn Health-Tech Meet-UPs, a clinician presents an unmet biomedical need to a group of 20-40 Penn engineers. We then lead a cross-disciplinary brainstorming session, and form teams to develop new technologies.

The Penn Health-Tech Meet-UPs have so far generated multiple teams of physicians and engineers who are now prototyping their solutions. The preparation is very minimal. If interested, please submit an application.
