CRISPR: Patent Disputes and Licensing Challenges -- 2023 Annual Master in Law Lecture

Using the example of a current vaccine developed with CRISPR technology, our panel of experts will explain the patent and licensing process and the ongoing court battles over the ownership of CRISPR patents.
