The Perelman School of Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, in collaboration with Social Practice and Policy (SP2), the Dental School and the Nursing school will be launching the Diversity Engagement Survey (DES) on October 22, 2018. This is an important survey that will assess baseline strengths and areas for improvement related to building a more inclusive culture across our institution. The data we generate will allow us to compare ourselves to other AAMC member institutions as well as the results from the survey conducted in 2015.
