This important survey is an important part of our Action for Cultural Transformation (ACT) and will assess baseline strengths and areas for improvement in order to build a more inclusive culture across our institution. The data will allow us to compare ourselves to other Association of American Medical College (AAMC) member institutions as well as the results from the survey conducted in 2018. All faculty and staff are encouraged to participate, and all responses will remain anonymous.
