This course is designed for those who have been in their workplace long enough to observe and reflect upon procedures, and are interested in process improvement. In this course, you will develop the tools to clarify and implement your ideas.

Penn employees may use tuition benefits towards this course, which is part of the Master of Health Care Innovation (MHCI) curriculum. You may take this course on its own, or a 4-course Certificate for Penn faculty and staff is also available. Credits earned are transferrable into the MHCI.
