On June 7th, our center hosts its Idea to Impact Health-Tech Innovation Symposium. The Symposium celebrates five years of supporting the University of Pennsylvania innovation community alongside our colleagues from Penn Center for Innovation, Penn Engineering, Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System , and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), marking our commitment in advancing health technology innovation at the intersection of healthcare, engineering, and medicine.

Our event features several innovation presentations from faculty across Penn and CHOP and startups, two panel discussions – exploring the intersection of data science and health-tech and how to build a winning team as a faculty founder – and a special keynote by Pitamber "Pitou" Devgon, MD, MBA, Co-Founder and former President, Velano Vascular.
