Penn Medicine Information Services is excited to introduce our new Information Services Advisory Center, better known as Isaac. Isaac augments the existing IS Service Desk and PMACS organization with a dedicated team of experts to provide personalized, concierge-like support to faculty and staff in the Penn Medicine community.

Contacting Isaac is easy! Submit an Ask Isaac form from the PMACS website.

You can ask Isaac Information Services related questions, such as:

• “Where do I find…?”
• “How can I perform…?
• “Do we have any…?”
• What is the best way to...?"

Initial Isaac educational and support activities will focus on topics including applications, mobility, analytics and research. In addition to responding to your submitted inquiries, the Isaac team will be coming on-site to visit you! Check out the PSOM events calendar, and search for "Isaac." The Isaac team will man the kiosk at the BRB Lobby or in the Smilow Commons Area and follow-up with any of your inquiries.
