Dear Colleagues, 

ITMAT Education is pleased to announce a request for applications for its Clinical Trials Fellowship (CTF). Applications are due April 15th for appointments beginning July 1, 2019.

Junior faculty who are interested in facilitating the translation of preclinical studies into clinical development are welcome to apply.  We recognize that design, implementation and reporting of clinical trials is a form of science conducted in humans that requires specialized training. The CTF is designed to provide training through education, mentorship, and the provision of protected time.

To apply, candidates must submit a phase 1 trial concept with mentor support from an established clinical trialist. Applicants must have an MD degree and be an Instructor or Assistant Professor (in their first three years of appointment) as of July 1, 2019. Successful applicants will receive a CTF Scholarship providing up to 25% protected time to dedicate towards the fellowship for a period of two years.
