The Office of Inclusion and Diversity, in collaboration with Penn Medicine, Social Policy and Practice, Penn Dental Medicine and The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing launched the Diversity Engagement Survey (DES) on October 22nd, 2018. This is an important survey that will assess baseline strengths and areas for improvement related to inclusion and diversity efforts across our institution.
