T32 Best Practices Discussion

This session will focus on best practices surrounding the management of trainee slots, and will cover strategies for candidate selection, year 5 appointments, and minority supplements.

This event is intended to be an interactive discussion among participants; please come to discuss and ask questions.  Current T32 PIs (predoc, postdoc and combined) at CHOP or PENN, as well as those interested in submitting new T32s, are encouraged to attend. 
 

If there are ideas on these topics, best practices or questions that you can identify ahead of time, please send them to April Weakley (aweakley@pennmedicine.upenn.edu) by Wednesday, October 30th, and we will collate for the group.
