From Psychology Today to the Harvard Business Review, mindfulness has been in the news a lot, but what exactly does it mean? Mindfulness practice develops awareness of your present thoughts and feelings to help you manage different situations. In this workshop, we'll explore the science and philosophy behind mindfulness and learn it's potential benefits.
