2021 GEA Regional Spring Meeting | Call for Proposals Meeting Dates: April 20 - 22, 2021 Innovations in Equity, Diversity, Justice, and Inclusion Across the Medical Education Spectrum

Submissions are due December 13, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST.

The Group on Educational Affairs (GEA) Regions are pleased to share the call for proposals and submission requirements for the joint 2021 GEA Regional Spring Meeting.  The four GEA regions (CGEA, NEGEA, SGEA, and WGEA) will meet together virtually in April 2021. 

For 2021, each region invites proposals for: Workshops, Innovations in Medical Education Abstracts, and Research in Medical Education Abstracts. Criteria for proposals can be found at the link below. The submission website will begin accepting abstracts later in November. 

As part of the submission process this year, all submitters are asked to identify their primary region. All proposals received will be reviewed by peers within the selected region and considered for the program by a regional selection committee. 

The website for the 2021 GEA Regional Spring Meeting Call for Proposals is still under construction.  We anticipate the website will be ready later in November.
