A Thermo Scientific ArrayScan XTI (Infinity Configuration) and all associated modules (including the ArrayScan VTI Liquid Handling Module and Live Cell Module) is available. This machine is a high-content screening (HCS) platform for automated, multi-parametric fluorescence and brightfield imaging of fixed or live cells, with quantitative analysis at single cell resolution. Applications include programs to study the cell cycle, cell motility, marker localization, membrane dynamics, neuronal differentiation, and protein translocation.
